Pleasure Dome is proud to co-present this screening of experimental queer cinema at the Toronto Queer Film Festival (TQFF).
Lands and Seas of Bones is a program of innovative and brilliant shorts from Turtle Island that remembers the violence of – and resistance to – colonialism and the Atlantic slave trade.
The full roster of films in this program will be released in October.
Founded in 2016, TQFF showcases contemporary, innovative, queer and trans film and video art, focusing on formally experimental films and social justice themed projects that centre the experiences of Indigenous people, people of colour, people with disabilities, transgender people, sex workers, porn makers, and other communities often marginalized in contemporary LGBT cultural programming and spaces.
Thank you to our sponsors! Pleasure Dome is generously supported by the Toronto Arts Council, the Ontario Arts Council, and the Canada Arts Council.
